Welcome to Words to Wander. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Words to Wander, LLC provides online English language instruction. Lessons are conducted via Google Meet. We reserve the right to modify course materials or teaching methods to better serve the student’s learning goals.

2. Payments & Fees

Currency: All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment Timing: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend lessons if payment has not been received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the teacher’s schedule and other students, we enforce the following:

24-Hour Rule: You may reschedule or cancel a lesson at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
Teacher Cancellations: If the teacher must cancel, you will receive a full refund or a guaranteed makeup session at your convenience.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Waiting Period: If a student is late, the teacher will wait in the virtual classroom for 15 minutes.
Forfeiture: After 15 minutes, the session is considered a “No-Show,” the teacher will log off, and the lesson fee is non-refundable.
No Extension: Lessons will end at the scheduled time, even if the student arrives late.

5. Refund Policy

Completed Lessons: No refunds are issued for lessons already conducted.
Package Sets: For pre-paid lesson bundles, lessons must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase. Unused lessons may be refunded upon request within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Technical Issues: If a lesson is interrupted by a technical failure on the teacher’s end, a makeup session will be provided. We are not responsible for student-side internet outages.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Words to Wander reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if a student engages in:

Harassment or discriminatory language.
Inappropriate behavior or dress during video sessions.

Recording sessions without the teacher’s express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Words to Wander, LLC provides educational services but does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., passing a specific exam like TOEFL or IELTS). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County/City].
