Meet Our Founder
Tasha Steimer, our founder and Chief Language Educator, founded Words to Wander as a path to pursue her lifelong dream of living and traveling abroad. By combining her passions for language, international travel and cultural exploration, she is able to follow her own dreams while empowering other curious explorers to do the same—all through the power of words.
Education & Experience
TEFL/TESOL Certification, TEFL Academy (ITA), 2019 150+ hours of course work 50+ hours of practical experience teaching young learners and adult professionals Online teaching experience through Bling ABC Volunteer tutoring/teaching through International House, Episcopal Church of the Holy Comforter and Providence High School (all based in Charlotte, North Carolina).
